Join us for the 2026 PHSS Annual General Meeting as we come together to celebrate another year of growth, accomplishments, and the incredible people who make our community so special. Whether you're a person supported, family member, staff member, volunteer, board member, or community partner, we invite you to spend the day with us.
This year's AGM will once again be held simultaneously in London and Ottawa, giving more people the opportunity to participate closer to home.
Meeting starts at 11:30 am and Lunch will begin at 12:30 pm.

Following the meeting, everyone is invited to enjoy lunch and spend time connecting with colleagues, people we support, families, volunteers, and community partners.
As part of our ongoing commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), this year's menu will once again feature a diverse and inclusive dining experience. Alongside our classic BBQ favourites, guests can enjoy a delicious selection of Eastern European cuisine, celebrating the many cultures that make up the PHSS community.
In addition to the meeting and lunch, there will be plenty happening throughout the day!
The PHSS Foundation will be selling 50/50 tickets and WestJet Gift of Flight raffle tickets, with both draws taking place at the 24th Annual Leo Kirwin Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday, August 14, 2026. It's a great opportunity to support the Foundation while entering for a chance to win some exciting prizes.
