This redesign marks a significant milestone in our digital evolution, offering a streamlined, accessible, and comprehensive look at the work we do to support individuals with complex medical and developmental needs.

Amy was born in 1975. Her mom, just 22 at the time, remembers that first embrace, a moment when her heart transformed into something new—a mother’s heart. That heart would be tested in ways few can imagine, but it would also be inspired and honored by Amy’s indomitable spirit.

In December, Brian Dunne, President and CEO, and Donnie Antony, Executive Lead- New Directions, had the privilege of representing PHSS at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Ireland, where they connected with international colleagues and shared PHSS’s approach to person-centred care and support.

This summer, Tom, Gord, and their staff team once again welcomed people to Rondeau for two weeks of Accessible Sailing, and what a season it was! Over 75 people had the opportunity to set sail, feeling the wind in their sails and the joy of being out on the open water.

Five years ago, a bold idea became reality in London, Ontario: an intentional community where people of all abilities live together like family. Clarke Road has grown into a place of independence, belonging, and friendship and a model for what the future of inclusive living can be.

PHSS was the winner of the 2025 CIO Canada Award for our Digital by Design project.

(London, ON) – PHSS Support Services welcomes Dr. Áine Carroll, Chair of the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC), and Professor of Integrated Care and Improvement at University College Dublin, to London this week.
