In 2019, PHSS, DeafBlind Ontario Services and Community Living Chatham-Kent formed an integrative partnership to focus on strengthening the collective abilities of all three organizations and share specialized expertise to benefit the people receiving support. The three organizations provide high quality, holistic and robust community supports to individuals who have highly specialized and unique needs across Ontario.
