PHSS - Medical & Complex Care in Community
Established in 1988, PHSS is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental, medical, and complex physical needs to live fully in their own homes rather than institutions.
From our roots in London, we have expanded our regions served across Ontario, currently providing vital community-based services throughout the east (Ottawa-Carleton County, Frontenac County, Simcoe, Sudbury) and west regions (Windsor-Essex, Sarnia-Lambton, London-Middlesex, Elgin-Oxford, Huron-Perth, Grey-Bruce).

PHSS supports individuals with complex medical, physical and/or developmental needs to live in their own homes and participate in community with family and friends.
